Neil Dorner is a 21-year law enforcement veteran with experience working at the Algoma Police Department, Sturgeon Bay Police, and the Mishicot Police Department. He served as an entry team member on the Door and Kewaunee County SWAT teams for 13 years. He has a strong evidence background with over 15 years’ experience as an evidence technician. Neil also served as the School Resource Officer for the Mishicot Public School District. He enjoys working with youth in the community and has implemented and run three local Police Explorer Programs. He has also been an adjunct instructor at NWTC since 2018 and started as a full-time instructor in 2022. Neil holds multiple unified tactics certifications.
