Dave recently retired as the Chief of Police for the University of Wisconsin—Green Bay Police Department, an NCAA Division 1 State University. He oversaw all Police Operations and Emergency Management for its four campuses (Green Bay, Manitowoc, Marinette and Sheboygan).
Dave is a retired Special Agent with the US Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) who served in multiple leadership capacities to include Special Agent In Charge (SAIC), European Anti-Terrorism Specialty Team (E-AST) Superintendent, 4th Field Investigative Squadron Superintendent and USAF Special Investigations Academy (Det 1) Superintendent.
Additionally, Dave serves as a Wisconsin Department of Justice certified instructor (Constitutional Law, Fire Arms, etc.) and holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the American Military University. Dave is a published criminal justice author and serves as a guest speaker on the topics of Anti-Terrorism as well as Active Shooters.
He is Life Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is currently a mentor on the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Veterans Support Team and assists 400 students obtain secondary education via the Post 911 G.I. Bill.
Dave also serves his local community as a firefighter with the Village of Harrison Fire Rescue Department.
