Public Safety Academy Certified Instructor - EVOC, Defensive Tactics, Tactical Response

Alex Roberts is a six-year veteran law enforcement officer in the Green Bay area, with 2.5 of those years spent as a night shift patrol officer for the Green Bay Police Department.

He currently works as a Public Safety Officer—Police Officer, Firefighter, and Paramedic on 24hr shifts—for the Ashwaubenon Department of Public Safety, just south of Green Bay. Prior to joining law enforcement, Alex spent six years as an Aerospace Medical Service Technician with the 115th Medical Group Detachment 1 in the Wisconsin Air National Guard.

In addition to regular patrol duties, Alex serves as a member of the Brown County Mobile Field Force, an advisor for the Public Safety Cadets, and a department instructor for Emergency Vehicle Operations (EVOC) and Defensive Tactics. He has a strong passion for continuing training and training others. This drive led to Alex serving as an adjunct instructor for Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, with Wisconsin certifications to teach the areas mentioned above as well as Vehicle Contacts, Scenarios, Professional Communications, and Tactical Response. He also is a certified ALERRT instructor, ASP instructor, and WRAP instructor.
